Can I have more than one VoIP device?

It depends. If you are using the Open Ports method, you can only have port 5060 forwarded to one LAN device. You could use a different public port (e.g. 5061) forwarded to an additional VoIP device - but this will require that your VoIP Provider's SIP server accepts non-standard ports.

However the STUN method does allow for multiple VoIP devices on your LAN all of which can be having independent conversations.
