Does Vigor V model support softphone and extension? how many extension is supported?

I think you have totally misunderstood what the Vigor's VoIP is trying to do.

The Vigor's FXS ports are similar to a softphone, in that they both provide a user interface for making VoIP calls.  Where the softphone uses the PCs speakers and microphone, the Vigor's FXS ports use a standard telephone handset. An ATA device is another common device for this purpose.

None of DrayTek's products are designed to act as a PBX or central telephone exchange.  If this is what you want, I could suggest you take a look as asterisk or Trixbox - though this is definitely an official endorsement.
