Does the 2800 Support Annex-M and How to enable it?
Posted by on 17 January 2012 03:32 PM

Annex M is a variation of ADSL2 and ADSL2+ which increases the maximum Upload bandwidth from 1Mbps to 3Mbps.

Install the latest firmware from our web site to enable Annex-M support in the Vigor2800 router. This can be downloaded from:

 http://www.draytek.com.au/downloads/Vigor2800.php

Use firmware version with the modem code prefix starting with E. For example modem code: E.38.2.23.

Select "ADSL2 annex M" or "ADSL2+ annex M" from the Modulation drop-down on the Internet Access>>PPPoE/PPPoA menu page.
