Why can I not send more than one "#" key entry to VOIP phone on Vigor router?

Answer

"#" is a terminal symbol of VoIP in Vigor routers. When the router receives a "#", it will immediately start the transfer of the numbers in front of the "#". Anything comes after that "#", even if it is another "#", will be ignored.
