How to fix Session Limit Reached issue in DrayTek Routers

A problem exists in the latest firmware (versions 3.6.8.1 and 3.7.8.1) with session control in the router.

 

Error message displayed as:

"You have reached the maximum number of permitted Internet sessions.

Please close one or more applications to allow further Internet access. Contact your system administrator for further information.

Solution:

Upgrade the firmware as suggested below:
