How to Change the Default SSL Port in Smart VPN Client

By default Smart VPN client uses port 443 for SSL VPN connections.  If you need to change the SSL port used in the router to a different value, for example port 4433, you need to configure Smart VPN to use this new value.

To change the SSL port number in Smart VPN client enter the destination address followed by the new port number. For example to connect to the destination vpn.server.net with port number 4443 we enter vpn.server.net:4443 in VPN server IP/hostname field in the Smart VPN settings as shown below:
