DrayTek Workshop Invitation 17 August 2017

We have a limited number of places available for our next DrayTek workshop to be held in our Seven Hills training centre. Please register your interest if you wish to attend. Details below:

Objective:

To present participants with the principles and configuration procedures for Multi-WAN and associated functions, including Load Balance, Failover and High Availability, and VLAN. (Please bring your NB/PC for the hands-on sessions).

Intended Participants:

DrayTek resellers, system integrators, network administrators, etc.

Registration fee:

$250 on application; the fee will be returned after the attendance.

[Vigor3900] How to use LAN DNS?

The LAN DNS feature is to enables the Vigor Router act as a DNS server for specific DNS queries from LAN clients. Vigor3900 supports three types of LAN DNS settings, they are IP, CNAME and FORWARD.

This article applies to Vigor3900, Vigor2960 and Vigor300B routers.

How to use DrayDDNS?

DrayDNS is a new feature introduced in Vigor routers to provide a domain name for each Vigor router.  This is a free service that will need to be renewed on an annual basis.

It is currently available in Vigor2925 firmware version 3.8.4.2.  It will be added to other models in future firmware releases.
